Polypropylene cavity drainage membranes incorporating geotextile for foundation walls
Oldroyd Gtx
• Protects foundation walls from groundwater and soil contaminants
Oldroyd Gtx is a studded membrane with a welded Typar® geotextile, providing a barrier to protect walls from ground water. The welded Typar® geotextile provides permanent bonding ensuring it will not easily separate and is not subject to slipping over time in use. It also allows the use of insulation on basement walls. It can also be used in horisontal constructions.
Oldroyd Gtx10 (for high loads)
• Designed to combat problems encountered with higher load bearing and higher drainage needs.
Similar to the regular Gtx membrane, but featuring larger studs tailored to suit the problems encountered with high load bearing and higher drainage requirements. Higher drainage requirements can be necessary in certain applications such as deep foundations, horizontal constructions and certain tunnel applications.
Oldroyd Gtx20 (for high flow)
• Designed to be used to filter and drain water away from backfilled walls and to permit the use of external insulation.
Similar to the regular Gtx membrane, but feature larger studs tailored to suit the problems encountered with the highest drainage requirements. With 20mm studs, Gtx 20 provides a barrier to protect walls from ground water, and is used to provide high capacity drainage underneath concrete floors in buildings, parking lots etc.
