Knauf Earthwool FactoryClad
Formaldehyde-free Glass wool insulation roll for metal clad roofs and walls
'FactoryClad is a flexible, lightweight roll of resilient, non-combustible glass mineral wool with exceptionally high tear strength. It is produced in a range of four different thermal conductivities.
• FactoryClad 40 has a thermal conductivity of 0.040 W/mK
• FactoryClad 37 has a thermal conductivity of 0.037 W/mK
• FactoryClad 35 has a thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/mK
• FactoryClad 32 has a thermal conductivity of 0.032 W/mK
FactoryClad is used for the thermal and acoustic insulation of roofs and walls in profiled metal clad buildings and portable buildings. With an A1 fire classification, its use can potentially reduce insurance premiums compared to foam composite panels.
FactoryClad uses ECOSE® Technology - a revolutionary, new, formaldehyde-free binder technology, based on rapidly renewable materials instead of petro-based chemicals.'
