‘Part of the InstaGroup, InstaCoustic has been producing high performance multi-purpose sports flooring since 1995. These versatile, impact energy absorbing, sub-floor systems are suitable for all indoor sports and leisure applications and, when combined with most proprietary sports surfaces, the finished floor is fully compliant with BS 7044: Part 4 and DIN 18032/prEN 14049, the new European standard for 'Indoor Sports Flooring'.
A combisport system, the InstaCoustic sprung sub floor comprises special rubber crumb cradles manufactured from recycled tyre products, treated timber battens and plywood overlay boards, combined with a vinyl or hardwood wear layer and shock absorption surface treatment to produce a point and area elastic sports floor. This resilient, high standard, impact energy absorption system meets all BS 7044: Part 4 and European requirements as well as the strict criteria stipulated by many sports governing bodies, such as Sports England.’
