Tarmac 'FoamMaster'

Deep in-situ road recycling service

‘Suitable for a wide range of applications, FoamMaster combines proven foamed bitumen technology with cold mix production and paving. The result is a sustainable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to hot asphalt materials.

FoamMaster is a 95% sustainable system that uses road arisings and other recycled aggregates to produce new binder course and base materials.

Both the TRL 611 report and SMART project have shown foamed bitumen materials to be direct alternatives to traditional base and binder course material in certain applications. Our quality-controlled process uses a Wirtgen KMA 200 recycling plant to ensure a consistent, strong and durable product.

Available in various grades, it can be used for everything from standard applications to those requiring an extended shelf life. And wherever FoamMaster is used, you'll benefit from the numerous positive environmental and health and safety benefits that make it the ideal choice for all types of contract. ‘
