Barsmark PT-200

'The Barsmark PT-200 sheet is made from reclaimed polyurethane and small amounts of aluminium foil and glass fibre. By using specific additives, it is possible to compress sheets of a high quality in this material. This makes the sheet a solid alternative to traditional wood, metal, and plastic layers used in sandwich panel constructions.

The sheets are very suitable in places where there are problems with humidity, weight, temperature, or where materials have difficulty keeping their shape.

Barsmark PT-200 also shows its high quality in being 100% resistant to moisture, and the sheet also has good qualities regarding compression strength, weight, and insulation value at 0,073 W/mK.

Barsmark PT-200 is made from a mixture of production and post consumer waste material, which would otherwise have to go to licensed landfill. In most applications Barsmark PT-200 is replacing other materials with inferior technical properties. The life expectancy of the products incorporating Barsmark PT-200 is therefore prolonged considerably and thus has a positive effect on the environment. Barsmark PT-200 can be recycled several times if stripped from other materials and returned to the factory.'
